Jason founded Marine Capital Partners in 2020 after a long run working alongside Ron Burkle at The Yucaipa Companies, one of the most respected names in growing private businesses. He started Marine to do one thing well, partner with owners of good lower middle market companies and help them grow.

That experience shapes how we work. We would rather back a strong team and help them win than buy a company, strip it down, and flip it. When you talk to us, you are talking to people who have sat where you sit.
